Hello Veterans Site, my name is Theresa Ryan. I am an RN working at the Veterans hospital almost 30 years!.This is not about me.It is about William Karr. My dad! Born September 8,1930 right here in St .Louis .He grew up in University City. He did not graduate from University High school as he joined the Navy in 1947. He and my mother raised six kids and moved to 13 different locations as he was on Submarines his entire 20 year career. After retirement he chose to settle her in St..Louis as he called this home! The point of this note is to possible award him his high school diploma from University City high school. He served his country and raised 6 kids, two of them veterans. He deserves this and i dont know how to go about getting this honor for him!
